Snowball Bun Hat
It's called the Snowball because the bobbles are in white, contrasted by a rich navy blue. The pattern features alternating color changes and the changes on the brim are especially complicated. This pattern will be an Intermediate Level for this reason. I have used a shimmering white yarn to make the "snowballs" really pop and shine! This hat is an adorable winter style that you will truly love! It's definitely a one of a kind hat.

This is a fun looking hat. My eldest granddaughter is planning a ski vacation soon, and I think Ill make this up for her. Im not sure what colors (need to ask her mom) but I do know she loves her long hair. My hair is short, but that wont stop me from finishing off this project as a regular hat and adding a huge pompon on top! Grandmas like funky hats, too, you know!

A shimmering white yarn really does make the snowballs pop in this hat. This is a fabulous design for a messy bun hat. It is very similar to a Christmas stocking I just finished making. This design is a little more advanced than for a beginner, but with practice even a beginner should be able to master this in no time.
