This is another hat thats rather unusual in its construction. It looks like its crocheted in the round from the bottom up, but its actually worked flat as rows rather than rounds. The instructions are clear enough, but there arent any photos to guide the crafter. I did notice that the pattern originates with Lily Sugar n Cream, so there might be more information at that site.
