Made for the Cold
"Every year I make another crochet hat for the hubby because he literally "wears them out". This year he asked if I could make sure the hat was super warm. Well he works outside so much, that I definitely wanted to comply. I pulled out some yarn and started playing around with the stitching, and I think you will love it. The hat really has a "double-layer" to the hat and nope....you don't use two strands of yarn. Once you set the technique, you'll fall in love. Don't worry if you are a visual learner, there is a video tutorial to help you out too!"

Were about to start our second bout of frigid weather so my poor husband will be more than thrilled with this hat. Weve brought most of our animals inside, but there are still a few that need to go out at least a few times during the day. I already have wool at hand, and that Special Stitch technique (wonderful tutorial, too!) will definitely result in a warm, snuggly hat.
