With the return of the Emperors New Groove sequel, I am also seeing llamas everywhere. My son has now become obsessed with them. Whenever I go shopping and see anything llama, I buy it for him. He is gonna love this hat. It is perfect. I cant wait to make it for him for his birthday.

This is just adorable! I have a friend a few counties away who raises llamas and alpacas for their wool. If I had a way to spin it, I would get some from her. Now that weve actually gotten reliably warm weather, she recently held her annual shearing festival. This year, it was even covered on the local news. Shed really get a kick out of these hats! You gotta love those wild bangs!

Seriously, who comes up with such fun AND functional ideas for hats?! I applaud her creativity and her smarts in being able to put this together and present it for us! In my city, I think this hat would sell very quickly at a craft fair. I like how there is a fringe for the bushy fur that you see on a llama's brow.
