Herringbone Stitch Crochet Slouch
Run errands while sporting a no-fuss look with the Herringbone Stitch Crochet Slouch. Whether you use it to cover up a less-than-stellar hairstyle or simply want to warm when the temperature dips, the slouch hat is the finishing touch to wear while getting stuff done in a busy weekend. The pattern also features the popular herringbone crochet stitch; if you're new to crochet but are eager to branch out, then this stitch style might be the perfect challenge you need. The addition of the pompom on top of the slouch hat gives this accessory a fun and whimsical look.
NotesThe pompom is an optional design element, according to the blogger.

I really like the look of this slouchy hat! I have several different slouchies in my pattern collection, but the texture on this one is so different. If you lose the pompon, it would work well as a mans hatI think it looks like chain mail, especially when its worked up in the silvery grey. I have just the recipient in mind, too. Just need to find a small Audi patch to sew onto the band.

This is the perfect everyday hat since this color would match with anything. Love the pom pom!
