Rheema Popcorn Beanie
"This is a free crochet pattern for Rheema Popcorn Beanie, for a 6-12 months old baby, for kids and adult, with photo tutorial in each step. This beanie uses the hdc camel stitch. In this free pattern, you have to learn how to crochet camel stitch. Lately I have been seeing a lot of beanies over the net about camel stitch, so here is a version of mine. All hdc in this pattern are using the camel stitch technique, so when you see a hdc (camel) you have to insert your hook at the back bump of the specified st."

This is known as a popcorn or bobble stitch. You regulate the size by the number of times you pull up a stitch. And don't forget after you go thru all loops to slip stitch into the next stitch to anchor the bobble. This can dress up any project. Give it a try.
