"When my youngest, Mark, was in preschool, I accompanied his class on a field trip to a farm that happened to have baby goats. OMG! When I see this, I think of the three billy goats gruff. This is a simple beanie with some added features to make a goat hat. What an adorable concept.

I had to laugh when I saw this adorable hat because it looks just like Saaladin, my son Ts pet goat. T was there to witness Sollys birth, so the little French Alpine bonded to him instead of his mother. Solly and T were inseparable so I wasnt surprised when T rushed in one day to tell me he, too, was sprouting little horns just like Solly. Love it!

Omg this is the cutest little thing. When I saw the title my first thought was, who crochets a hat for a goat? Lol. Then I saw it and knew I had to make it. I will make a matching diaper cover and booties and a shower gift will be set to go.

You will be happy to know that although this hat looks kind of complicated, it really is not! She has made it easy for us, working from the top down, in the round. You can do this. The face is worked separately, of course. What a fun hat! For adults too -)
