Acorn Beanie
"The acorn beanie is worked with puff stitches, so it won’t be overly warm for those cool but not yet freezing days! The acorn beanie is perfect to wear in the fall to from when the weather changes, to Halloween and Thanksgiving. But if you leave the acorn toppers off you can turn it into a fun puff beanie as well. So, grab you yarn and get ready to get hooked on a fun puff beanie!"

This would be such a cute project for autumn. Ive seen berets that look like the acorn cap, but never one of the acorn itself. The designer provides instruction for sizes Infant through Adult (all the sizes start out the same for the first five rounds). The topper is worked as a separate piece as is the leaf. If you worked this in red instead, it would make a cute apple, too!
