Premature Baby Outfit

"This precious little outfit can be crocheted for the smaller babies or those in special care baby units, it will also fit a 16 inch in length doll. Consisting of a coat, bloomers, bonnet and boots, I have made it using a fingering weight (4ply for UK) on a 3.50mm hook, for a smaller baby you can use a smaller hook size OR for a bigger baby use a larger hook and a light worsted #3 (DK) yarn. "
