Yarn Weight(4) Medium Weight/Worsted Weight and Aran (16-20 stitches to 4 inches)

Ok, it's beautiful, it's very grown up but I have a question. Where us it. I was taken to the designers site but couldn't find it anywhere.maybe it's just me. But I really did want to make it for a great niece. Maybe I just need to look harder again?

This dress is so precious, but I really dont see a baby that wears a 12 month old size wearing this style of dress. I think this would be more fitting for an older child. I was wondering how the tulle was added and thought maybe some sewing skills were needed, but after looking at the pattern it looks so easy now.
