Im not so impressed with this dress as some of the others in this series, but that hat/wig is wonderful! Elsa remains a very popular character, especially for dress up or Halloween, so I can see this project being around for a long time. The designer only offers the dress in small sizes, but theres a separate link for the hat, and thats available in Infant through Adult.
