Baby headbands arent just wonderful little scrapbusters, but also excellent blank canvases for your creativity. The photo on the splash page shows the exact same headband, but accessorized in different ways. The pattern is a simple repeat of Single Crochet, and although the designer doesnt say so, its worked a total of 4 rows (see the photo to count). It is worked flat and then seamed, but you could also work it in the round.
