    I have got a great idea. How about for a baby layette, choose your rattle that you want to make. Then use those same colors to create a matching baby blanket. The rattle and the blanket are essentials for travelling. You could take it a step further and crochet a baby beanie and booties using the same colors, too, and it would be perfect for photo ops!

    This is another version of this designers rattle series. Theyre all worked in basically the same manner with only the details of the face and ears changing. You can leave out the rattle or squeaker if youd rather have a quiet toy (I had a bag full of quiet toys just for church services). An entire set would make a wonderful baby shower gift, or as individual projects, great items for a craft sale.
