This basic Bunny hat is designed specifically with the beginner in mind, so its a wonderful practice project. The hat is a continuous round beanie. The designer only has one photo for the beanie itself, but there are several photos illustrating the various steps involving the ears. This pattern comes in three sizes, and there is also a handy link to how to adjust for other sizes.

Easter is coming soon and these bunny ear hats are adorable. The directions are very clearly written with many helpful hints. Just a simple single crochet stitch makes this beanie type hat. It seems medium weight yarn would be needed so the attached ears stand up well. Great baby/toddler gift idea.

I have made a set but the hat wasn't as nice as this one. I think I may remake a set in pink for my friends baby girl for Easter. I want to add a little pompom nose and I already have the diaper cover with the pompom tail. She will be so outstandingly cute she may melt!

Hippity Hoppity Easter's on it's way, and these cute little hats are perfect. They are so easy to make, you really can't go wrong, and the pictures help you along. Love the idea of making a diaper cover with a pom pom tail to complete the look. I'm definitely stealing that idea.

These are so cute. Last year I saw something like this and wanted to make it but didn't have anyone to give it to. My youngest grand child was 5. Then in March of this year I was surprised by my son and daughter in law with twin boys. So now I have two someone's to make them for. These are easy and will make up quickly. I have some safety eyes I may use also.then a diaper cover with a big Pom Pom on the back side and I will have two bunny outfits.
