This is a beautiful doily and the pattern is easy enough. My one question is what size beads were used?

I loved this project and so did everyone I showed it to. It didn't take as long as I thought it would.

I realized immediately they were talking of our "old" #30 thread in making this doily and using our "old" #10 steel in making it. So now that Geriatriclime 3573712 has clarified that ...... PLEASE TELL ME WHERE HAVE YOU FOUND #30 THREAD?????? It is simply not available where I live. #10 is the smallest! Sounds like I ORDER IT? thank you. trudibee

@ geriatriclime 3573712: Thanks for catching those errors! Sometimes the standard options for hooks and yarn on our website don't exactly fit what the patterns call for, but we have updated this pattern to reflect the real thread and hook requirements. Thanks again! -- AllFreeCrochet Editors

This pattern does not use yarn. It uses #30 cotton thread. This pattern does not use "Crochet Hook: J/10 or 6 mm hook. It uses steel crochet hook #10 or 1.0 mm Gwen
