I'm a knitter, and when I told a friend of mine I was going to learn to crochet, she told me I'd love the afghan stitch. This sounds like the best place to start!

I am always looking for patterns that are not the same old crochet pattern. This is small, tight and almost looks like knitting. i am going to try it on a cowl with soft fluffy yarn. I think it will look like I knitted it. Thanks, I love it.
