This is exactly the right thing for me to make for friends little fur kiddies. They all have small dogs so it won't take long to make one for each of them. My maltipoo, Palermo, will be first in line. Thank you for posting such a cute, easy project for our little guys.

April, our Lhasa Apso mix, has managed to get herself into a burdock patch and is loaded with burs. Instead of keeping her coat a bit longer for the winter, now shes looking at the full grooming package. We do get winter here in the Blue Ridge so this project came along at exactly the right time. Since April is pure white, so I might treat her to an entire festive wardrobe.

I made this sweater for each of my chihuahuas. I added a panel 7 stitches wide to cover the chest area. I really like this pattern's ribbed effect. I will be crocheting more of these in different colours for my fur babies )

This was really easy. Made a hot pink one for my toy doxipoo. Used the easy three layer flower (black) and put on back. She's a stylin this morning! And love the leg room. I think I'll make another one for my dauschand ... it's so hard to fit her legs in a sweater. She's always tripping over them. So this is a great pattern for them too!! Thank you!!

I really like this swearters sticking and the thickness, however It would be perfect if it covered the full body of the dog, this looks more like a vest. If I were to make this I'd have to design it to cover the chest area and the upper arm areas :).

Suzee15: when you want to print a pattern from your iPad, this is what I do: Download the Print Magic (or Print Master, I can't remember lol) app from the app store, then click on the "Click here for pattern" spot above. When it opens, click and hold the web address on the top of the page, when the "copy" tab opens, click that, then open Print Master, and in the web address line, click and hold, then hit paste. You can print to your printer with that, as long as your printer is wireless and you have it set up with Print Master. Hope this helps!

I think this is ideal for a dog with only a thin coat. This would be ideal for one of my own dogs as she feels the cold easily.

sherryjcurnutt: If you just highlight what you want to print, then click print, when you printer menu comes up, you should be able to click on 'print selection only'. That way you don't get the whole page.

How do you highlight just the pattern with an iPad? I keep getting all the letters and responses. Appreciate any info in this matter.
