Adjustable Crochet Bow Tie
Make this retro-inspired Adjustable Crochet Bow Tie for the fashionable man in your life. The silp stitch is used to complete this crochet bow tie pattern, which gives it a nice ribbed look. It's an adjustable crocheted bow, so it fits a variety of sizes. It's worked in two pieces, one with buttons at the end and the other with button holes. Use a single color to give this crocheted bow tie a more elegant look, or keep it funky with variegated yarn.

Curious. My sons have decided to be bow tie wearers and I would love to make them one. Will this be one that will be tied? I really don't understand the need for two pieces?

It is rare to find crochet projects that are for men. Not that women can not wear bow ties because they really can but for the most part, you know what I mean. I am not a fan of the colors used here but I am hoping to give this a go and encourage my husband to wear it at least once. He loves to wear regular ties.

This is such a cute bow tie. I just have to make a set of them for my son and my grandson. I think a matching set would be so adorable. And a matching head band for my grand daughter too. This is a great idea.
