This is an awesome sweater which I will have to make for my charity box. It looks super warm and definitely could keep a little girl warm during the North winter months.

The Caron website has the sizes: SIZES Child's Small (Medium, Large, X-Large) To fit Child's 2 (4-6, 8, 10) I guess it got left off this copy of the pattern. Hope this helps. You can also get a printer-friendly PDF file from the caron.com website under Free Patterns, babies & children section.
