Button Up Toddler Hat & Scarf Set
A fun scarf and hat set for the little one in your life. My daughter designed it to tuck into an Operation Christmas Child shoe box for a child in crisis. She made part of it with an open design so it would take less room in the shoe box, leaving room for other gifts to be included, but she also added solid sections to add the warmth expected from a hat and scarf. And fun crocheted buttons add a finishing touch.

This is just the sweetest hat and scarf set, and those big faux buttons really set it apart! I love the alternating mesh and solid sections, especially with the hat. That pattern reminds me of a Christmas tree! The designer states that this was originally designed for an Operations Christmas Child shoebox, and has thoughtfully provided a link to additional free patterns.

What a great idea for Operation Christmas Child boxes. I will make some for our church boxes for next year. I do love the color combination as well.

This is lovely. I must make a couple sets of this very soon. There is always a baby in this very large family. Love the addition of the blue crocheted button. Blue and green is a great color combo that I would have never put together before seeing this. So cute.
