"Fun and easy pattern, designed for a beginner+ to practise both new stitches and counting stitches, on a narrow project (24 stitches across), crocheted flat and seamed to finish. Double and treble crochet stitches along with Bobble, X, and Mesh to build your skills. One skein project, I used 85g of Ice Cream from Lion Brand and a 6mm hook. Im a big fan of these sampler style projects. Theyre a great way to practice new stitches and still produce a useful item instead of just a swatch. There arent any tricky stitches here, but you will have to translate for UK to USA terminology. I would have liked to seen additional close up photos of the various sections though. Since this is being pitched toward Beginners, photos are always useful.
