This is such a wonderful idea. I hadn't heard of that type of yarn before but it makes sense to use something so safe and well-tested for young children and babies. A handmade hat is a meaningful gift that anyone would be happy to receive. The pattern explains everything in a way that even someone with little experience can complete it successfully.

Doesn't every crafter appreciate the opportunity to give back? A charity item that takes barely no time and effort from you, and given from the love in your heart. You couldn't ask for anything more. However, what IS more is the fact that this yarn is the ultimate in baby safe. A lot of baby hat and blanket charity organizations have strict rules for the type of yarn you can use. I love this one!
