I was really wondering how to get the swirl pattern and soon discovered that it is accomplished by making a motif. I love this design. It is unique and not to over bearing. It is not in the typical shape of a shawl. I would love to have this in my favorite three color combination, chocolate, strawberry and vanilla.

So this is really pretty. On the directions page you can see this in a different color combination and I am at odds with the one I like the most. The hardest thing for me when there is a new pattern on deck is what color/colors to choose. Of course this pattern is no exception. I like the lighter shade and the darker wrap is just as pretty. Decisions, decisions.

Belize Wrap is NOT easy. But it's beautiful. How do you drop color A and place on safety pin, and join color B with cs in same ch.... When you drop a Color, how can you join it to another one?

This one caught my attention for sure! I am a Belizean and i love to crochet. My question is ... How did you come up with the name for the wrap? Are you Belizean too? Have a safe weekend, and happy crocheting!
