Layered Daisy in a Heart
"This pattern will be the last of my free Valentine’s Day Heart Patterns. This Daisy in a Heart can be used any time of the year as an applique for a hat or scarf, on a baby blanket or even as a pin. You can use any worsted weight yarn for this project but keep in mind that different companies and even different colors within the same company can have different thickness’ and as such, each heart will be slightly different in size."

When Im decorating a project, I layer flowers all the time. Why not toss a heart into the mix as well? The big difference with this project is that the heart is actually part of the pattern, not a separate piece that is added later. The instructions are nicely written but I do wish the designer had included more photos of the process rather than just the finished project.
