Tutti Frutti Clutch Tote
"This is a super fun clutch tote to make and it's the perfect size for just the essentials, however, it's easy enough to size if you want it bigger. It's worked in worsted weight cotton yarn so it goes fast, but I also like that it is a great way to use up some of those scraps. You can add as many or few stripes as you like and place them wherever it pleases you. The handles are crocheted in as part of the clutch but I added some wrapped yarn to give them an interesting look."

This is just about as easy a tote as you can possibly work up. I love the classic stripe pattern, and since this is ALL Single Crochet, my Beginner crochet students might be interested in this project. Dont be put off by those wrapped handlesif youve ever made a pompon using a piece of cardboard, you already have the necessary skills.

I am highly interested in creating this bag for myself. I like the neutral body with the bright stripes as the accent. The only problem is I cannot access the pattern. when I click the link for the pattern I get a pop-up that says it has blocked a harmful website. When I tried to go about it a different way- by clicking on the designer and then scrolling down her list of patterns- it still did not work. I'm really bummed! Please fix this and soon!

I'm in love with this bag. I think my favorite part about it is the handles - the wrapped yarn really ties the whole thing together!
