Tricolor Tote
"The Tricolor Tote has so many fun details - changing stitch patterns, fun tassels, braided handles - but its soft color palette and orderly structure bring balance to this fast and fun (and free!) crochet pattern! The Tricolor Tote was designed using Lion Brand Fast-Track, which is a really fun and unique yarn! Soft cotton/poly blend in a tape-like shape, it’s like crocheting with your favorite t-shirts. And I love the look it gives projects! This tote is also another pattern on my never-ending search for the ideal bag handles. I’ve tried many different methods over the years, but I think this is the first time I’ve tried braids! This yarn lends itself really well to these braided handles, with only a tiny bit of stretch, lots of strength, and some great color play that ends in tassels! If this handle style isn’t to your taste, you can always add pre-purchased handles, or crochet your own using the linked tutorial!"

This Tricolor Tote is so trendy with all the color blocking we see in the fashion world today! It'll be perfect with my blue jeans and a tee. So glad that it's designated an "easy" pattern too. It'll make up soooo quickly! It does not hurt at all that the pattern is on the Moogly website. They have such a wonderful teaching attitude and provide links in all the best places!

Such a unique design I think I would have to give this one a try! The braided handles are what caught my eye, then the color scheme was a close second. I like a little bit of something different and something of interest when I am working on a new project. It keeps my brain healthy and makes me work for it!

This is a lovely tote. I was at our local farmers market yesterday and forgot to bring my totes with me. Guess that means I need a few more to keep stashed in the car. This one is cute enough to use as a purse though instead of being hidden in the car. Great instructions, but I would use cotton yarn instead of tshirts.

This is a really different look. It's so simple yet modern. I sell crochet purses and I must have made over 200 but haven't seen one like this. Lining is vital on this one. I think a dark color to make the pattern show up more. This in red,B white and blue would make a great summer tote!
