"When summer is coming, you better have a proper bag to take to the beach or to the pool with you. This crochet beach bag is named the One Hot Summer bag, as it was such an exceptionally hot summer in The Netherlands (where I am from). This bag was very welcome for going to the park or to the pool to take my towel, my flip flops and my crochet of course. You make this crochet bag by working in the round. Easy does it."

Yarn Weight(3) Light/DK (21-24 stitches to 4 inches)
Crochet Gauge18 dc wide x 10 dc high = 10 x 10 cm
Finished SizeOne size only (around 40 x 40 cm)

This bag really does strike a nautical tone, and dont freak out that the first pattern you come to is in Dutchthe designer provides the English version, too. I like everything about this bag except how the handles are attached. I like how they look, but dont plan on carrying anything tremendously heavy in this bag. Im also wondering how an occasional strand of red might look, too.
