Hazel's Market Bag
"Hazel’s Market Bag came to me because I was in need of a simple bag that would carry a lot of stuff, but that wouldn’t just be a gigantic bag if it were mostly empty. This bag sort of stretches to carry what is needed, but then springs back when not weighed down. I love it and I have many of them around the house. We use them for the farmer’s market buys, library books, and as church bags. I’ve made many for gifts, and sold even more."

Im already planning my large veggie garden, and have already started thinking about what Im going to take to the farmers market this summer. Living in and near a university town, theres a lot of interest in local produce and crafts. I can see this market bag being a good seller because even though it holds a lot, it shrinks into a small bundle when not in use.

Don't be fooled, you do not have to sign up for her email newsletter to unlock her pattern. Just click on the PDF icon directly below that window. I prefer the striped look myself. How fun this looks! I KNOW it will be super easy and fun to make I probably will be making a bunch of these to give as gifts as the farmer's market season is fast approaching.
