Fringed Crochet Clutch Purse
"I’m just in love with this little bag. In fact, I loved it so much that I made a second one to hold my tablet in! Fringe accessories are so popular lately, and I just can’t get enough of them. This crochet clutch purse free pattern has four rows of fringe tassels for an all-over fringed look. I thought that this pattern would be a yarn hog, but I completed each bag with only 2/3 of a skein of Red Heart Soft Yarn that I had left over from different projects. What a perfect crochet stash buster!"

This project has Hippie Chicks name written all over it! I do have a few granddaughters who like the fringe, but theyre more Western style than hippie. I like that this is a clutch purse (you could add a strap to make it a tiny purse instead) because that way you dont have to tie so much fringe! Trust me, that is the most tedious part of this entire thing.

Wow, what a cute idea, a different idea for a casual clutch purse. THe fringe element is what sets it apart from the rest. Fringe looks cool, but I'll be honest with you, it is not my favorite thing to do. But seeing this bag makes me think that it would be well worth my time and trouble. I think I would up it a notch and make it two-toned perhaps a coral with the tan, or a turquoise with the tan.
