This is a great mesh bag. With only three rounds of direction, this could easily be a pattern you make when you do not have the luxury of being able to read a pattern. It is also very easy to modify to the size you want. This is a great beginner project.

I was reading over the posts on the direction page. I would never have thought to use plarn to make this mesh bag or any other bag for that matter. I have a tendency to collect the plastic bag and take them back for recycle. Now I can keep them and recycle them in a way that I can continue to get good use out of them.

At first glance, you cannot tell that this is made with crochet thread. It looks very hearty, like it will hold up to a gallon of milk. Or, at least a half gallon! All you do is create a spiral design for the body of the bag, after the first four rows. Easy-peasy.
