This free dragon crochet pattern makes a great gift or keepsake for a first birthday. Wonder has a fun, unique shape that requires a bit of curving, so his body is comprised of a series of short rounds to give this effect. His head is attached where the curve of the body ends, in a straight line with the neck so his body curls around the cupcake but his head lays straight across the top. The cupcake is all one piece, with the wrapper made using a (fpdc, dc) ribbing. Have lots of little scraps around so you can add sprinkles in your favorite colors."
