Two Hour Tauntaun
Think you need to travel to Hoth to find tauntaun? Think again! This adorable crochet amigurumi pattern takes two hours to create and results in a cute tauntaun from Star Wars. The Two Hour Tauntaun has plenty of attention to detail, too, and even includes a saddle and horns. We think this easy pattern is the perfect gift idea, and here's why. The Star Wars fans in your life probably already have T-shirts, coffee mugs, and even laptop sleeves boasting the logo from the iconic film series, but they may not have a crochet amigurumi of a beloved character.

My son spends about half his year out west, and the other half back here in the East. He doesnt know it yet, but this quirky project is going to be his belated birthday present. When the movie came out, the tauntauns were his favorite part, and he would prowl around the house imitating their movements. He always was a strange boy.
