For all of your Star Wars fans, no matter the age, will appreciate this little droid. Trust me, you will not be able to make just one because the true fan will be asking for one. Make a list before you begin so that you will not leave anyone out!

These droids will thrill even your youngest Star Wars fan, and even may delight an older one, too. The designers link sends you to a main page where you can select which pattern to pursue. Both patterns are equally well written but there arent any photos detailing the assembly. The designer suggests looking at the finished project photos for guidance, although Im not sure thats enough.

I made an R2D2 a couple years ago and put a bell inside so my grandson could use it as a rattle. Then it disappeared.i saw it two years later on my son, his dad's, desk. He took it! This time I will make two so no one takes it again. This one is even cuter so I may make three. Thank you for sharing.

Incredibly cute design! According to the pattern, the finished product will be four inches tall by three and a half inches wide. I think I could be tempted to use a thicker yarn and a larger hook to make the project a little bit bigger. It will be interesting to see if I can find the right colors..
