You know what I thought of? To take this idea and tweak it a bit... what about if you had a rubber stress ball at home and you tightly crocheted a cover for it, then you added the extras on it. It is like a slip cover for a stress ball. If you make the cover with a stitch like the puff stitch it would have great texture, too, and that in itself is a soothing experience.

How about an ornament that in time of need can double as a stress ball, lol. We all know how stressful the holidays can be and sometimes we just need to stop, take the stress ball ornament from the tree and squeeze. Knowing me, I would not be able to find it on the tree. This is a cute ornament/stress-ball pattern.

Just last week we were snowed in and I was looking through Winter related crochet projects and ran across this little snowdude stress ball. How cute. During those few days that it was almost impossible to walk the dogs I really could have used this.

This is an adorable project whether you need a stress buster or not! Its versatile enough that you could personalize a few with additional adornments. And this doesnt have to just be a Snow Dude as you could change up the hat to something more feminine. Ive never heard of Operation Gratitude but will look at what I can send. Our son is a vet so we try to support them whenever we can.

Ha ha, how original. This time of the year can certainly be stressful. Kids have their fidget spinners to use to keep stress at bay, but I bet some of them would love to have a Snow Dude stress ball in their stocking too. These are excellent quick gifts for teachers or your kids friends because you know they will want one too.

I saved this pattern for personal use later! Because... I think I would use this as a white elephant gift for our annual holiday family Christmas. A neat idea put one of these in each of the Christmas stockings, and the kids will use them as snowballs the adults will use them to de-stress! I like the simplistic look of this amigurumi design.
