Pipsqueak Turtle
From the blogger: "The Pipsqueak Turtle is an easy to crochet soft toy that would make a great gift for the little one in your life. Created with Bernat Pipsqueak yarn for a wonderful squishy texture, this turtle has a removable shell. Safety eyes and an embroidered face make it safe for the smallest babes, or you can skip the safety eyes and embroider eyes instead. The skills you need for this project are chaining, single crochet, surface slip stitch (for the shell), and knowing how to work in the round."
Crochet HookJ/10 or 6 mm hook
Yarn Weight(6) Super Bulky/Super Chunky (4-11 stitches for 4 inches)
Finished SizeApproximately 8 1/2" from nose to tail

I just picked up my first skein of Pipsqueak yarn (in white) as I have some faux shearling projects Im working on. Now Im going to need to get the green for this precious little turtle! It would be equally welcomed for a baby boy or girl, and I dont think my teenage granddaughters would turn one down either. I might even make one for myself!
