I know just the little boy who is getting this adorable monkey for his birthday! This project does consist of many pieces, but they work up quickly. You might find that it takes longer to sew everything together than work the crochet. I also appreciate that the designer lists safety eyes for making this toy. You cant be too careful.

If you don't smile when you see this, there is something wrong with your funny bone. My grand daughter saw it and I heard" ohhhh grandma" . I knew that that meant and started looking thru my yarn stash. I have all the colors I need. Thank you for sharing this pattern and making me retain my title as best grandma ever.
