My little grandsons love their puppy dogs, so Im going to make an entire litter of these for their Easter baskets. The instructions are clear enough (I do wish there were more photos of the construction), and theres plenty of room to customize these little guys. Do pay close attention to the designers tip about sewing on the feet. Been there, done that.

Such a cute pup. I was hoping to know how big it was before I made it. If you have crocheted this hound dog pup could you please indicate the finished size? Thanks. I would love to make this as a charity gift but there is a limit to the size of the item that can be included in the gift bag/box.

I love this pattern and will put it on my list to make several next year for charity. This would be a wonderful gift for those sick children who have to spent a lot of time in the hospital.

I think this is the perfect little dog to crochet for a loved one who treasures dogs. She has several and takes such good care of them. The pattern reminds me of a beagle she has when it was a baby. This pattern seems to be quite easy to make up. After all adults like Amigurumi critters too.

You have no idea how much these simple, cute patterns mean to me. I was a grandma to an 8 yr old girl and 5 yr old boy. I thought my crocheting of little cute things was over and moved along to wearing apparel . Then two months ago their parents welcomed twin boys. I am back to making little cuties for little hands. Now it's two at a time! Thank you for making it easy.
