Basic Amigurumi Body
"Hey everyone! Find this pattern and pictorial using both the short way to write out an Amigurumi pattern and also the longer version of explaining for those not experienced in the ways of Amigurumi. Plus pictures to help you complete this basic doll. I do plan on crocheting a tutorial for this pattern in the future, after I finishing moving! But for now I've very happy to get this pattern out for you, I really hope you like it. You can add less stuffing for the body if you want to make a slimmer doll."

Im a doll maker from way back, so I was impressed with this designers post. I usually create dolls from fabric, and this designer follows most of the standard techniques. Do pay attention to her tip about clothing your doll. She sews her arms and legs directly onto the body, but if you want a moveable doll, you can attach them using elastic using the armbodyarm method.
