This is just beautiful. I love how the white snowcaps highlight the mountains. Id love to see the mountains worked in an ombre blue or purple yarn, but Im not sure what I want is available in Bulky. If I use the two thread method for the mountains, then Im sort of locked into the same thing for the snow. Im definitely keeping this pattern, and will look for the perfect yarn the next time Im in the city.

This is a very pretty afghan. It's easy to work because of the well written pattern. I read thru it and it's very easy to follow. I can see it in white and a cranberry color for the holidays. Or red, white and blue over the summer as a picnic throw. Thank you for posting it.
