This is such a touching square. We had relatives who fought in the Great War and others. Although we didnt lose anyone in the family, military service means a great deal to our family. We also have a number of veterans at the senior center, too, so Im thinking I might at least make a pillow for the facility. Like most grannies, this is a simple pattern to follow.
