This is a nice appliqu, but I would add some crocheted sticks to the bottom of the flames to give it a more realistic appearance. It reminds me a lot of the Campfire Girls logo. The instructions are easy to read and follow, and dont forget about the embedded video! The individual layering of the flames gives it a nice 3D look.
