Carrots Corner To Corner Blanket Square
"Are you looking to make something with a bit of a twist? You could work the carrots square in DC to make a throw pillow, join several for a table or bed runner or make it in a chunky t-shirt or ribbon yarn as a small mat (maybe you have a house rabbit and could put their dinner on the mat?) The possibilities here are endless. Looking for a gift for that green-fingered friend or relative? The Carrots corner to corner square was designed specifically for the Community Garden Blanket CAL, which is free unisex CAL that I hosted between 2nd September and 21st October 2022. You can find out more information and see the free written instructions in my blog post (linked). This square uses the traditional corner to corner method in HDC – but you can use double crochet or use the chart for a smaller tapestry crochet square. New to corner to corner? That’s fine!! I have a mini course teaching you everything you need to know for working a traditional corner to corner project. You can find it on my blog - just search Learn to corner to corner. ❤ SIZE: Mine worked out at approximately 12.5″ using the HDC but with DC it will be around 16-18″ depending on your tension. ❤ MATERIALS: #4 worsted weight yarn Size H-5mm hook Scissors Yarn Needle"
