True to its title, this Calming Seas Blanket looks very calming and relaxing. It takes the darker shade of the ocean and sea creatures that reside in the deep blue sea. I want to do this in the future.

Last Christmas I crocheted a baby blanket, and my boyfriend was so jealous. He wanted a blanket of his own! Perhaps I'll make him his own blanket for Christmas this year!

Love the look of this Calming Seas Blanket! Made with the simple double crochet stitch and changing the blue colors is a mindless pattern. So easy to do while watching t.v. and as your blanket gets longer, you stay warm. This one is just the right size to keep on the back of the sofa for a chilly night. Thanks for this pattern Katie. It looks very simple and easy to make. You described this yarn as being fuzzy already, so Im not sure how good it would be for someone with allergies. If I decide to make one, I am thinking I should use just simple bulky yarn so that our guests wont have to worry about allergens.
