For those of us that live in an area that it can get really cold this is a great project to make and give to your loved ones. It is shown as an ear warmer but depending where it is placed on your head it could easily become a head band.

If you are looking for a quick and easy project to be able to gift to all those special people in your life, this may be the one for you. Posted way back in 2016, it is still very fashionable. I love the little cinch at the front.

I haven't made this one yet, but it is on my must make list!! I love wearing ear warmers. This one is done with the Lion Brand Thick Quick yarn that is so thick and warm. I have made many ear warmers in the past and just noticed I wear them the wrong way. ? What, I alway wear them with the gathered up part at the nap of my neck, so it doesn't bulk up my hair. So am I really wearing them wrong? Wow..I thought it was a fashion thing to wear them with the gathered section in front. Please help me with this fashion. Any ways, thank you so much for sharing another great crochet pattern.

I really love ear warmers, especially all of the cute ones I see now. It is a stylish way to stay warm. I love that this pattern twists like a mobile cowl and the use of lion brand wool-ease thick n quick makes it really warm. It is very quick making it a great gift idea and it doesn't take a lot of yarn.

In lieu of a hat, or a messy bun hat- there are earwarmers! I am loving the colorway she picked for her design. It is neutral without being boring! For me, I gotta have a little something for interest. This is worked in the round and has really simple instructions. The little gather/pleat is what makes this special!

This is an easy ear warmer pattern that works up very quickly and uses very little yarn. The ear warmer shown is made with bulky yarn, but if you dont have bulky, you can always do what I do and double or triple your regular worsted weight yarn depending on how thick you want it to be.

Oh yes please, I love this Moonlight Ear Warmer. So nice to have to keep my ears warm without wearing a hat. This is a great pattern to keep and make for the cold winter nights and days. The finished headband looks so nice and it can be made in a lot of different colors. I like the written pattern that is easy to follow. I have to make more of these to hide from my daughters. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern.

This pattern is so quick and simple to work up. There are only 7 rounds to make in all. The staggered mix of single and half double crochet give it a bit of texture. It is quite large and thick, so if you prefer it to be smaller, you should change the yarn weight and hook size to something more to your liking.

Using the recommended yarn and hook, this project works up almost the size of a hat! That would be great in winter, but if youre looking for something a bit smaller, I worked this pattern up using a J size hook and regular worsted. I did have to work some additional starting chains to make it long enough to go around my head, but as long as you stick to the Rule of Two, it can be any size you want.

You would think it's an ordinary headband but it's actually an ear warmer. This Moonlight Ear Warmer is so chic, you can wear it on a cold winter's day with confidence. If you don't want to fully cover you head to protect it from the cold, you can just wear this ear warmer. It is so gorgeous. You can do this in a color of your choice. This is also perfect as a gift or for sale. Thanks for the free pattern.
