I am not a fan of chevrons, but if it werent in the title, I never would have realized thats the stitch pattern that forms this project. Its so open that the actual chevrons seem to vanish, especially when the scarf is wrapped around your neck. The Triple Crochet between the chevrons is what gives it such an airy look. The designer has provided well written instructions, or if you prefer, you can work from her excellent diagram.
