Little Waves Washcloth: Wavy Crochet Pattern
"I love this wavy crochet pattern that’s deceptively easy to create! The “Little Waves Washcloth” requires just basic crochet stitches – single crochet, half-double crochet, and double crochet – to create a gorgeous crochet ripple pattern. This pattern is written for two sizes: a lovely washcloth and a versatile tea towel. But don’t worry, I’ve also included customization instructions for using the stitch pattern to make any size that you like – a wavy crochet blanket perhaps!? This wave stitch pattern really shines when worked in 2 or more contrasting colors. You will change color every 2 rows, “floating” the new color up the side of your work as you go. This technique is great because it means that you won’t have a million ends to weave in!"
