Keep Me Cozy Fingerless Gloves

"These fingerless gloves are simple yet elegant looking and look great in solid, variegated, striped, gradient, and multiple colors alike. They are easy to work up and only take a few hours! The size of these gloves are fully customizable from newborn up to the largest of adult sizes. Gauge is not super important for this project, but as they require two to be made, always pay attention to make sure they turn out as similar as possible! Materials needed for this yarn are the very basics: worsted weight yarn (or can be made with lighter or bulkier yarns!), a 5.5mm crochet hook (or bigger/smaller depending on the size of the hand), a stitch marker, scissors, and a tapestry needle. This project is a one-skein project if using worsted weight yarn. You may need to buy two skeins of the chunky/bulky yarns. I hope you enjoy this project, thank you so much for being interested!"

These are a nice step up from basic fingerless gloves. These are thicker than usual due to using the Puff Stitch, but most of the construction is pretty much the same. The designer does offer the option of working some of the rows as either Puff or Half Double stitches. This project also has a definite right and left hand, but doesnt require any structured thumbs.

This is a true easy pattern. With a little patience and time, you can have a cozy pair of finger-less gloves to wear for the rest of the winter months. I work in a cool environment and I need to use my fingers for work but these (I have at least two pairs of finger-less gloves) keep my going through the day.

I never realized just how popular fingerless gloves were until my niece asked me to make a pair for her. There were like a zillion patterns and she really had a hard time trying to find a pair that she liked. So I sent her on a mission to locate the pair she would like and I decided to make a pair for practice and I selected this pair.
