I think the visitor below hit the nail on the head with her modified pattern name, Unchain My Heart. Love it! I have been seeing more and more patterns which use chain stitches and braided chain stitches. It has got to be the easiest way to crochet. Great for those who are picking up a crochet hook for the first time. DIY crafters and such.

Shouldnt this project be called Unchain My Heart? I love the open bands holding the heart in place. This would be a wonderful pattern to work up for Heart Disease awareness. The website does have some photo details about using multiple colors, but it also needs some step by step for the transition from the band to chains to heart and back again. Do love this one though.
