Bubble Gum Pop Hat

"This hat pattern features a fun stitch pattern combo that makes your stitches pop out to give it a fun texture. The hat is made from both ends of a self striping cake to give it a very unique look but could be made with two complimentary yarn colors to make the "pops" POP!. I have included a stitch video tutorial for any questions about the stitch. Pattern as written fits adult but with included instructions can be easily resized. A fun hat!"

Can I take a minute to say how irritating the pop up invitations are when you get to a webpage? This designer is certainly not the only one that uses them, but Im already a subscriber and STILL cant get the window to close. I have to refresh the page a few times before it finally decides to let me access the project. Which is quite unique and has an instructional video and free download, too.

I totally appreciate the YouTube video tutorial, because just looking at the pattern it left me slightly confused. I always wondered what a completed hat would look like using the Caron Baby Cakes yarn. Err, Cupcakes yarn? What I totally love is the free pompom. I do not have to make my own, which I really suck at doing. Mine always fall apart.
