Another great pattern by Jane from the Jenny and Teddy blog. She makes such a pretty model. The red in this headband compliments her features so nicely. The pearls give it a touch more femininity. This is just a 10 minute project so why not get the kiddos on the bandwagon with this one to give them a fun chore to do during summer break.

Probably the hardest thing about this project is threading on the pearl beads. Most of this project is made up of the Chain stitch, and works up in a matter of minutes. If you were making this for child or teen, you could easily swap out the pearls for pony beads. For an extra bit of glamour, use metallic thread and a faceted, faux crystal bead.
